Each of us cherishes childhood memories of homemade pastries that revive beautiful emotions. Whether it is a pleasant moment lived with great tenderness, a scent coming out of the oven, flavours or textures that awaken our senses... These brioches will probably awaken memories etched in your memories, such as the brioche shared and devoured at breakfast or snack time. It is with these flavours in mind that we imagined these soft brioches, made from natural ingredients.

Bonjour! I am Clement, I was born in the chocolate and waffle country - Belgium. I moved to Canada in 2014 and now live in North Vancouver. Since a young age, I was always with my mother and grandmother in the kitchen which gave me a passion for creating and sharing great food with others. I am now excited to share my family's recipes with my community.

Types of Brioche

All our Brioche are handmade with LOVE in our kitchen!

Brioche Nanterre - $12

The Nantaise Nanterre is a braided brioche with a super softness, it is the perfect brioche for breakfast! Fresh or toasted, plain or spread with butter, jam or chocolate, you won't get tired of it! It easily keeps for a few days.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Fermented dough, Yeast, Milk, Butter, Egg, Filtered water, Sea salt, Sugar

Brioche Sugar Chip - $12

These Brioche buns (6-pack) offer the same flavours as the Nanterre with a touch of crystal sugar and blossom water for added sweetness. This is a perfect brioche to either pack as a snack to eat on the go or to enjoy at home. It easily keeps for a few days.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Fermented dough, Yeast, Milk, Butter, Egg, Filtered water, Blossom water, Sea salt, Sugar

Brioche Choco Chip - $12

These Brioche buns (6-pack) offer all the same flavours as the Nanterre with a touch of dark chocolate for your daily gourmand moments. This is a perfect brioche for your breakfast or snack. It easily keeps for a few days.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Fermented dough, Yeast, Milk, Butter, Egg, Dark chocolate, Filtered water, Sea salt, Sugar
